Open tread stairways: Installed directly to the top of the stairway treads.
Kneewall stairways: The balusters are installed into a shoerail and the tread ends are closed or "boxed in".

Handrails: Plowed and non-plowed installed new with many collections to choose from.
Spindles: New installation of either wooden newel posts, iron spindles or wood spindles.
